Bachelor In Pharmacy

Minimum requirements for admission to the B. Pharm courses are as follows :

1. Candidates should have passed the +2 Examination in any combination comprising Physics, Chemistry, Maths (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, Maths & Biology.
2. D.Pharm examination conducted by an authority approved by the Pharmacy council of India with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in all subjects of Final D.Pharma.

Diploma In Pharmacy

Minimum requirements for admission to the D. Pharm courses are as follows:

1. Intermediate examination in Science.
2. The first year of the three year degree course in Science.
3. 10+2 examination (academic stream) in Science.
4. PCM/PCB/PCMB or Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations.​

Document Required:

1. College Leaving Certificate (CLC) / School Leaving Certificate (SLC) and Conduct Certificate in original from the Institution last attended.
2. Xerox copies of all Certificates and Mark sheets.
3. Caste Certificate for SC/ST candidates in original.
4. Migration Certificate if applicable.
5. 3-Passport size Photographs and 2 Stamp size Photographs.
6. Original Certificates and Mark sheets of all examinations are essential for verification.
7. Original Rank Card.
